Working within the municipal government environment, a unique environment given the context of growth in Saskatchewan, we were well positioned to provide strategic advice related to the implementation of the Balanced Scorecard and effectively developed performance measurement tools for high profile projects, employee engagement plans and numerous change management initiatives.
Based on the success of an earlier initiative, our client asked that we Chair an internal working committee of employees created to support organizational changes that were required. Our role was to build internal competency for change and leadership, allowing the team to succeed and empowering them to liaise directly with the Executive.
Recognizing the value of two-way communication and a feedback loop, we were asked to develop a collaborative process to create, implement and measure an organizational strategic communications plan; subsequently increasing satisfaction levels for internal and external stakeholders.
In preparation for a pending merger between like-minded organization, we played the lead role in the development of employee and community engagement plans which saw over-whelming support for the merger and real improvements in financial growth and viability.
