One of the most difficult changes within any organization is relocation of staff. On several occasions, we have had the opportunity to work with a client undergoing some level of relocation. Whether the change was between buildings or between floors, the resistance is the same. We recognize that employees are uncomfortable with ambiguity and approach our change management initiatives accordingly.
